Lastly it can help with chronic disease management .

Cardiovascular as well as strength training helps lose weight. It increases heart muscular strength improves cholesterol, lowers blood pressure mood and self esteem boost and improves sleeps. It also helps the lungs increase oxygen capacity . Pumps blood through the system and it increases blood circulation through the body.
