YOUTH Training
VTLTY Youth Athletic Foundations:
Our Youth Athletic Foundations classes are designed to support youth athletes preparing for high school sports, students currently on teams who want to become stronger and move with more power and efficiency, and students who simply want to build a solid foundation for lifelong fitness.
Classes are offered through an unlimited monthly membership, allowing students to attend any scheduled class.
Class Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:00 pm & 5:00 pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am & 10:00 am
Personal or Small Group Training:
We offer personal training or small group training sessions for youth ages 10+. Sessions focus on strength, coordination, foundational fitness, proper form, and athletic development.
How To Book:
We offer a FREE trial session for all new youth clients. After your first visit, we’ll help you schedule recurring small group or personal training times that best fit your availability.
