YOUTH Training
VTLTY Youth Athletic Foundations:
Our Youth Athletic Foundations classes are private group classes specifically designed to support youth athletes preparing for high school sports, students currently on teams who want to become stronger and move with more power and efficiency, and/or students who simply want to build a solid foundation for lifelong fitness.
Classes are offered to private groups or teams as single class bookings- $40/ student or 8 class packages $240/ student.
Personal or Small Group Training:
We offer personal training or small group training sessions (2-4 kids) for youth ages 8+. Sessions are designed based on your goals and needs, while focusing on strength, coordination, foundational fitness, proper form, and athletic development.
How To Book:
We offer a FREE trial session for all new youth clients. After your first visit, we’ll help you schedule recurring small group or personal training times that best fit your availability.
